• The Employee agrees that he will at all times faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his skill, ability, experience and talents, perform all of the duties required of his position.
  • In carrying out these duties and responsibilities, the Employee shall comply with all Employer policies, procedures, rules and regulations, both written and oral, as are announced by the Employer from time to time.
  • The employee will not take any leave in first month of his/her service, if the employee fails to imply to this without any valid reason then AE will hold their due payment.
  • It is also understood and agreed to by the Employee that his assignment, duties and responsibilities and reporting arrangements may be changed by the Employer in its sole discretion without causing termination of this agreement.
  • The employee cannot switch his/her agency at the same work place and the company. If he/she does so, AE can take legal action against the employee as this will be breach of the contract.
  • Employee agrees that during and after employment, he/she will not directly or indirectly use Confidential Information for any reason.
  • Employee will also, upon the Company’s request, return all writings and other media containing Confidential Information in Employee’s possession or under Employee’s control.
  • Employee agrees that all Confidential Information shall remain the exclusive property of the owner and that Employee shall: (a) maintain the confidentiality and secrecy of all Confidential Information, (b) not copy, publish, disclose to others or use the Confidential Information except as expressly permitted by the owner, (c) return or destroy all copies of Confidential Information upon request of the other party.
  • It is understood and agreed that the first ninety days of employment shall constitute a probationary period during which period the Employer may, in its absolute discretion, terminate the Employee’s employment with a valid reason, with notice of one week or a reason regarding the performance or any misconduct.
  • The employee must give a two-week notice if he/she needs to leave the job, if by any means they fail to inform AE, their one-week salary will be deducted.
  • The employee agrees to return any belongings of AE and the company they have been working at through AE at the time of termination, if not then the employee will be charged for the belongings.
  • The employee must inform AE and their workplace supervisor if they need a leave following a valid reason with proof.
  • The employee must inform AE if they need a sick leave or feel sick and immediately stop going to their designated workplace. The employee can only get back to work once they submit to us a medical note which clarifies that the employee is now physically healthy to work.
  • The employee must inform AE 8 hours prior to their leave, if they fail to do so, their half day salary will be deducted.
  • The employee has to coordinate everyday with their driver that provides them ride to their workplace. If they face any schedule problems or any other with their driver then they should post a message to the AE employee group or call emergency line 1866-338-0024.
