Warehouse Team Lead

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to join our operations team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities and ensuring smooth workflow between staff and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and submit daily employee attendance to management
• Maintain and update employee records, schedules, contact details, and task assignments
• Assign daily tasks to warehouse staff based on operational needs
• Manage inventory of essential equipment (safety vests, gloves, scanners, etc.)
• Collect, verify, and submit employee timesheets for payroll processing
• Monitor attendance and coordinate replacements when required
• Act as the main point of contact between site management and Aptech Employment to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Must have a valid forklift license (mandatory)
• Must have own car (mandatory)
• Previous warehouse or team lead experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage staff and daily operations effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
